I recently travelled to France with my family. The cities include Nice, Montpellier, Monte Carlo (Monaco) and Marseilles, all which are reachable via train along the French riviera.
In Nice, one of the central areas is Place Massena which is a long street full of fashion brands and cafes with a fountain at the end.
I was also wearing Manaal's No. 14 which I had decanted into small 5ML vials. Recieved it a day before flight.
At one of the shopping centres perfume spot, I was checking out Dìòr's collection which was huge. The prive collection was seperate and the regular ones like Sàuvage etc on one side.
In the "Homme" section, they only had these three:
Diòŕ Hommè Parfùm (Kurkdidgan, 2025)
Dìòr Homme Intenśè
Ďìòr Homme Sport.
I asked the sales lady if the older Parfum (2014) was available to which she responded in the negative and pointed to the available ones and then asked me-
"You are wearing Homme Parfum?" Classique?"
I looked at her like I had been caught red handed for some crime to which she repeated the same question.
I just had a huge smile and nodded. 🤣

To get a compliment is one thing.
To get the Diòŕ sales lady to recognize a discontinued perfume from the brand and THAT too from an impreshun and THAT too in effing France is something else.
I don't think there can be a bigger compliment to what Mr. Ali Raza has done.
He has not just made an impreshun.
He has brought back the soul of a scent considered long lost and trapped it in his own bottle.

The weather is 12⁰C and I spent most of my time outside.
Did 7 sprays. (On coat and behind neck and ears as well.)
It's been about 5-6 hours and I can still feel it projecting around me. Projection in first few 1-2 hours is quite strong then it becomes close around you.
