Xtreme Oud-y? Or Xtreme Wood-y?
Oud is dirty, harsh, unapologetic, raw (just like my writing here). When you add Xtreme to its name; that thing has to be stinky, strong, dark as most unacceptable scent or at least it should deceive our senses to smell close to that. & I'm into such OUD fragrances.
Where-as this fragrance is just like most of the approachable oud-y fragrances where oud is presented to masses, wrapped in layers of florals, musky+vanillic sweetness, fresh airy spices and powder-iness.
Xtreme Oud by Manaal Olfactives is luxurious, spicy, polished woody frag that also has medicinal (or is it balsamic) aspect to it.
It is not for me, maybe people will like it.
