Delivery & Returns
Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan — pay the courier when your parcel reaches you. Prepaid orders are welcome too.
Delivery: we pack and dispatch your order within 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday), and the courier delivers to your city after that.
Delivery charges: free on any order of PKR 4,000 or more — two bottles ship free. Below that, delivery is PKR 300 anywhere in Pakistan.
Returns: if your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out. Because perfume is worn on skin, we can't take a bottle back simply because the scent isn't for you — if you're unsure, start with the Discovery Box (5 scents, 4 ml each, PKR 1,600).
